The CICRP Interdisciplinary Center for Conservation and Restoration of Heritage,

Located in the former Manufacture des Tabacs de la Belle-de-Mai in Marseille, the CICRP is a unique institution in France in terms of its missions and its status.
A public interest group inaugurated in 2002, supported since its origins by the same partners – Ministry of Culture, city of Marseille, regional council of Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur and departmental council of Bouches-du-Rhône – it carries out assistance missions to local authorities and the State and conducts research in the field of conservation – restoration of cultural property.
Currently the Annunciation of Barthélémy d’Eck of Aix en Provence is being restored in this institution.
