The public discovers a dynamic, fun and educational tour around the history of one of the most prestigious symbols of the French Republic.
Over a 45-minute scenographic journey, the Memorial retraces some of the major events of the Revolution until the beginning of 1793, thus restoring the context of the birth of La Marseillaise. It also pays tribute to the active role of the people of Marseille in the French Revolution.
The “show tour” offers an original cultural discovery dedicated to all audiences, which is based on numerous multimedia tools: interactive terminals, films, sound productions, etc. The visitor thus progresses over time and places as a privileged witness to the French Revolution.
